Bird enthusiasts from left , Chris Mullens , Brian Hirt and Steve Ferris participate in the annual Winter Eagle Watch at Bluestone Lake in Hinton . Volunteers watched for birds in Summers , Monroe and Greenbrier counties to report their findings to the Hawk Migration Association of North America and to the state .
