Ingredients :
Pimento Cheese Dip Serves 4
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1- 4 oz . jar diced pimentos 1-1 / 2 cups of mayonnaise 4 oz . cream cheese , softened 1 / 2 yellow onion , minced 1 tsp . garlic , minced Salt and pepper to taste
Directions : 1 . In a large bowl , mix together all the ingredients . 2 . Stir until blended .
3 . Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 -2 hours .
4 . Serve with crackers , veggies and bread .
Cheesy Pigs in a Blanket Serves 8
Ingredients : 1 ( 8-oz .) tube crescent rolls 1 ( 12-oz .) package mini cocktail wieners Yellow mustard , for spreading 1 / 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 tbsp . butter , melted Coarse salt , for sprinkling
Directions :
1 . Preheat oven to 375 º. On a lightly floured surface , unroll crescent sheets and tear where perforated .
2 . Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles . 3 . Spread a little mustard on each triangle . 4 . Sprinkle with a little cheddar cheese .
5 . Place one cocktail wiener on thick side of each triangle then gently roll to thinner side .
6 . Brush with butter & sprinkle more cheese on top .
7 . Transfer to a medium baking sheet . Bake until golden , 12 to 15 minutes .
8 . Serve warm with honey mustard sauce .
Grape Jelly Meatballs Serves 8
Ingredients : 2 lb . frozen meatballs 2 cup BBQ sauce of choice 1 ( 12-oz .) jar grape jelly 1 / 4 cup sriracha
Directions :
1 . Place meatballs in bowl of a slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce , grape jelly and sriracha over . Stir to coat meatballs .
2 . Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours . 3 . Stir meatballs before serving .
