Ingredients :
Deli Roll Ups Serves 6
1 cup ricotta cheese 1 / 2 tsp . Italian seasoning 1 / 2 tsp . granulated garlic 1 / 2 tsp . salt 1 / 4 tsp . black pepper
1 ( 12 ounce ) jar roasted red peppers , drained and sliced into strips
1 ( 12 ounce ) jar banana peppers , drained 1 / 4 lb . salami , sliced thin 1 / 4 lb . ham , sliced thin 1 / 4 lb . sandwich pepperoni , sliced thin 1 / 2 lb . provolone cheese , sliced thin 1 / 2 cup fresh basil , chiffonade
Directions :
1 . Make the ricotta filling by mixing the ricotta cheese with the Italian seasoning , garlic , salt and pepper together .
2 . On a cutting board , lay out 3 slices of salami so that the edges overlap each other .
3 . Lay 2 slices of ham on top of the salami followed by 3 slices of the pepperoni & then 2 slices of provolone cheese .
4 . Spread a thin layer of the ricotta cheese on top of the provolone .
5 . Add 2 thin strips of red peppers and 5 or 6 banana peppers making a line across the center of the roll up .
6 . Add 1 teaspoon of the chopped basil on top of the peppers .
7 . Roll up the wrap ending with the seam side down .
8 . Cut on a diagonal in half and repeat with the other roll ups .
Mole Ole
Makes 24 Pieces
Ingredients : 1 / 2 cup chili powder 2 tsp . unsweetened cocoa 1 tsp . salt 1 / 2 tsp . ground cinnamon 1 / 2 tsp . cayenne pepper 1 / 2 tsp . freshly ground black pepper 1 / 2 tsp . ground cumin 1 / 2 tsp . garlic powder
12 wings , cut in half at joints , wing tips removed and discarded
1 / 4 cup olive oil
Directions :
1 . In a small bowl , combine the chili powder , cocoa , salt , cinnamon , cayenne , black pepper , cumin and garlic powder .
2 . Place the wings in a resealable plastic bag . Pour in the olive oil and shake to coat the wings . Pour in the rub mix and shake again to coat the wings . Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes .
3 . Preheat the oven to 400 degrees . Cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray . Place the wings on the baking sheet and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until done , turning the wings about halfway through the cooking time .

Spicy Deviled Eggs Serves 6
Ingredients : 1 dozen boiled eggs 1 / 2 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp . whole grain mustard 1 tsp . prepared Horseradish 1 / 2 tsp . honey Chives for garnish
Directions :
1 . Peel the eggs , and rinse them in cool water to ensure there are no shell fragments left on the egg whites .
2 . Cut the eggs in half from top to bottom . 3 . Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl . 4 . Use a fork to mash the egg yolks .
5 . Add the mayo , mustard , horseradish & honey to the egg yolks and mix until it ’ s smooth .
6 . Spoon a little of the mixture into each egg white shell . Top with chives .
7 . Refrigerate until you ’ re ready to serve .
