The West Virginia Immunology Conference will bring a better understanding of the treatments for immunologic diseases and encourage collaboration among all specialties to facilitate quicker referrals and foster a multidisciplinary approach to treatment , thus creating better outcomes for our patients .
This will be a CME program , and the cost to attend will be $ 250 for physician providers and $ 150 for physician extenders .
