CONCLUSION
High-grade neuroendocrine tumors of the endometrium in conjunction with endometrioid carcinoma are rare , aggressive , and associated with poor prognosis . Currently , surgical intervention followed by adjuvant therapy with chemotherapy and radiation therapy are the mainstay of treatment . More studies are needed to standardize an evidence-based treatment protocol in order to prolong survival rates .
