“ I love the direct primary care concept,” Tarantini says.“ I can text, email and call my doctor. There are no gatekeepers. When I need her, she is there.”
In December 2023, Tarantini needed Bainbridge. Facing a medical issue on Christmas Eve, she contacted Bainbridge, who responded immediately and offered to help her create a care plan.
“ My problems are solved faster, and the direct primary care model is less expensive for my family,” Tarantini says.“ Dr. Bainbridge says she loves to solve medical mysteries, which she can do, because she spends as much time with the patient as she needs.”
In less than two years, Bainbridge outgrew her space.
“ I wanted an office of my own where I could have flexibility to see patients in a group setting and eventually add an additional physician,” she says.
Through Pamela Mayo, a branch manager at The Huntington National Bank, Bainbridge connected with Regional Banker Zach Sensabaugh to discuss financing options. Huntington’ s practice finance team specializes in helping doctors, dentists and veterinarians build and expand their practices through expert financial advice, specialized lending solutions and other tools.

In late 2024, Bainbridge opened her new location at 709 Greenbag Road.
“ Working with Huntington was definitely the easy part of relocating my practice,” Bainbridge says.“ Pam and Zach have both reached out regularly to check in and find ways to support my business that have nothing to do with finances. The extra mile has always been impressive and appreciated.”
While the days are still long for Bainbridge, a busy day is now seeing six patients.
“ I can spend an hour, or even more, with a patient,” she says.“ I want to know about my patient’ s family, not just their medical history, but their children, spouse and careers as well. You never know what might motivate a patient or be a clue to the big picture.”
For Bainbridge, practicing medicine is about helping people.
“ I value connections, and I’ m living and working in a model now that allows me to have those connections,” she says.
