Taylor is PMP certified through Project Management Institute and is also a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner through Scrum Alliance .

Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust Awards Grant to Operation Welcome Home
Operation Welcome Home was awarded $ 15,000 by the Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust .
Since its inception in 2012 , Operation Welcome Home has become the leading , non-government-funded area provider of services to veterans in the North Central West Virginia region . This $ 15,000 gift from the Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust will further cement the mission and allow for more opportunities for the local veteran population . Specifically , this funding will cover operational expenses and aid in the delivery of services through case management , events and outreach . The staff and board of directors at Operation Welcome Home are grateful to the Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust for entrusting their organization with this funding for the 2023 year . •
