HospiceCare Launches New Website
HospiceCare , West Virginia ’ s largest and oldest provider of hospice , palliative and bereavement services , recently announced the launch of a new website that reflects branding updates and makes improvements to navigation for a positive user experience .
The new website , completed in partnership with Appnet and Charleston-based agency Auge + Gray + Drake , increases usability with improved navigation , brilliant imagery and clear , organized content . The website also offers users many opportunities to interact directly through the website , including making donations , getting directions to offices and in-patient units and making a referral .
“ Our goal is to make every interaction with HospiceCare as warm and pleasant as possible , and in today ’ s technologydriven world , that means online as well ,” says HospiceCare CEO Christopher Rawlings . “ We are really proud of the new website and know it will be a useful tool for the families we serve .”
The website features updated branding as well as new images that bring life to HospiceCare ’ s four in-patient facilities . It also highlights the diversity of the services offered , including hospice services , palliative care and bereavement and spiritual care . Announcements of fundraisers and ways to get involved also feature prominently on the updated homepage .
