Celebrating 100 Years
Rollins , Cleavenger and Rollins , celebrating its 100th anniversary this year , is very pleased to announce the merger of its practice with two well-respected certified public accounting firms in the Kanawha Valley area : Rowan and Associates , CPAs PLLC and Robert Ryan , CPA . With these combined resources , Rollins , Cleavenger and Rollins hopes to work more closely with fellow West Virginians . The merger of the three firms officially occurred on January 1 , 2021 .
Both John Rowan and Robert Ryan are well-respected certified public accountants with more than 40 years of public accounting experience each in the Greater Kanawha Valley as well as regionally . Rowan also is a certified fraud examiner . Before founding his own firm nearly 28 years ago , he was a partner with Howell and Paterno , CPAs . Ryan also worked with Howell and Paterno , served in a number of other partnerships and retired from Brown Edwards and Company , CPAs .
