JENNIFER JETT PREZKOP CELEBRATE For the Fall 2017 issue of West Virginia Executive (WVE) magazine, readers were re-introduced to the many positive at- tributes of the Eastern Panhandle. The Jefferson County Convention & Visitors Bureau sponsored the Young Guns Class of 2018 photo shoot, during which many favorite locales were highlighted, and the issue’s Celebrate Eastern Panhandle sec- tion recognized businesses and organi- zations finding success in the northeast region of the state. On November 30, the staff of WVE joined the Celebrate Eastern Panhandle sponsors to host a special reception at the Bavarian Inn in Shepherdstown. The inn, decorated for the holiday season, provid- ed an elegant backdrop for the gathering of area business leaders, who spent the evening discussing the many successes of the Eastern Panhandle as well as the future of West Virginia. “Doing business in a region of West Virginia where, when traveling from Charleston, you have to go outside of the state to reach it makes events that celebrate the Eastern Panhandle special in showing us that we haven't been overlooked. I hope one of the impressions visitors to our area leave with is how much pride, enthusiasm, passion, esprit décor, professionalism and high participation our business leaders have for the promotion of our special piece of West Virginia. Having any event hosted at the Bavarian Inn is always special, as its commitment to excellence shines through and gives our area a nice stamp of quality. Recognition and statewide publication of our local Young Gun leaders and the vision they hold for West Virginia offers soul-soothing positive excitement for our future.” – Rob Losey, Owner/National Sales and Distribution Manager, Bloomery Plantation Distillery SPONSORED BY [ community ] KENSIE HAMILTON FAUBER Eastern Panhandle “I think events like the Celebrate Eastern Panhandle reception are importa
