1080 William Ave LLC, a subsidiary of Branch & Co., was funded by the West Virginia Capital Access Program( WVCAP), managed by the West Virginia Jobs Investment Trust( WVJIT). Through this transaction with 1080 William Ave, Branch & Co. was able to acquire the Billy Motel in Davis, WV.

The Billy Motel is a pocket sized, 10 room motel and bar that sits between Blackwater Falls State Park and the
town of Davis, WV. The 10 cozy rooms have a mix of vintage charm and modern comfort, making it the perfect place to recharge and unwind. The bar and lounge at the Billy Motel, Ish Kitchen, is where you can unwind after your day in the mountains sipping a craft cocktail.
Connecting with WVCAP program partner Woodlands Community Lenders allowed the owners of Branch & Co. to create something bigger.
