As a childhood cancer survivor, Larkin is using her experience to advocate for other children facing cancer.

Diagnosed with anaplastic large cell lymphoma at age six, she remembers the support she received from her care team at WVU Medicine Golisano Children’ s during her treatment.

Now cancer-free for more than a decade, Larkin has traveled to Washington, D. C., to speak with lawmakers about pediatric cancer funding and research. Sharing her story has changed how she views survivorship and inspired her to consider a future in healthcare.
