Sharp Shooters Class of 2025

AWARDS RECEPTION

On June 3, 2025, West Virginia Executive( WVE) hosted its annual Sharp Shooters reception to honor 10 outstanding leaders who work tirelessly to move the Mountain State forward.
Sharp Shooters must be 43 years of age or older, have lived and worked in West Virginia for over five years, have made a significant impact in their career field and have given back by being active participants in community service and philanthropy.
The Sharp Shooters Class of 2025 includes Sean Doyle, chief operating officer for McKinley Architecture and Engineering; Terrell Ellis, president and CEO of Advantage Valley, Inc.; David Ferguson, COO, principal and architect for ZMM Architects and Engineers; Curtis Fleming, CEO and host of“ Fly Rod Chronicles with Curtis Fleming;” Jason
S. Harshbarger, state policy director for Berkshire Hathaway Energy Gas Transmission and Storage; Leasha Johnson, executive director of the Mingo County Redevelopment Authority; Chris Martinkat, president and CEO of STOCKMEIER Urethanes USA, Inc.; Catherine McAlister, executive director of Highmark West Virginia Charitable Fund for Health; Ami Shaver, chief human resources officer and executive vice president for United Bank; and Danny Twilley, Ph. D., assistant vice president of economic and community development for the Office of the Provost at West Virginia University.
Through the hard work and commitment of these remarkable individuals, West Virginia continues to be a place WVE is proud to call home. •
