• Created 92,600 total square feet of sports and event space as an extension of the
Hazel & J . W . Ruby Community Center
• 44,000-square-foot complex — clear span design with drop down curtains to allow for multi-use
programming , event and court space
• Footprint to accommodate :
○ 5 regulation basketball courts
○ 5 regulation volleyball courts
○ 8 permanent pickleball courts and a footprint for 13 pickleball courts
○ 5 futsal courts
○ 2 indoor soccer footprints
• Created 50 construction-related jobs upon completion
• Created 3 full-time-equivalent positions
