Panhandle Builders & Excavating , Inc . was founded in June of 1986 by Allen Henry , Carole Henry and David Henry . At that time , the primary focus of the company was to provide quality excavation and general construction services . Since then , the company has expanded by adding two successful subsidiary companies : Panhandle Homes of Berkeley County , Inc . and Rental Properties , Inc . With the growth of the company , the focus has grown as well , from site development , commercial construction and residential and commercial land development to commercial and residential investment property development , ownership and management . Panhandle Builders & Excavating , Inc . is proud to be a part of West Virginia ’ s Eastern Panhandle and thankful for the opportunities this community has provided our company .
Cardinal Pointe is a 664-unit residential development being built in Spring Mills , WV . The community is made up of single-family homes , duplex villas and townhomes . Panhandle Builders & Excavating , Inc . has the unique ability to plan development projects from purchasing the land and planning the subdivision to site development , excavation and utility work to actually building the homes .
