SAMANTHA CART TRACY TOLER
“ Country roads, take me home to the place I belong.” For West Virginia Executive( WVE)’ s Sharp Shooters, there is no place they would rather call home than West Virginia.
With a new tourism campaign highlighting the best parts of Almost Heaven and the Mountain State taking center stage as the backdrop of a highly anticipated new video game, people around the world are talking about West Virginia and its resources, beauty and potential. While the positive buzz could mean big things for tourism in the state, the members of the Sharp Shooters Class of 2018 recognized the potential of their home among the hills long ago and have been working toward making the rest of the world see West Virginia the way they always have— with love, appreciation and possibility.
Featured in the Spring 2018 issue of WVE, the 2018 class of Sharp Shooters was unveiled on May 31 at a reception at University of Charleston.
