Professional Services of America Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer Professional Services of America, Inc. (PSA) has named Keith Funkhouser as the organization’s new chief operating officer. Funkhouser most recently served as president of Excel Propulsion and Armaments Consulting. “I am excited to have someone with Keith’s experience and background serve as the COO of this organization,” says Judy Sheppard, CEO of PSA. “He possesses the vision and capabilities needed to help in leading this organization in achieving our next level of growth. I am excited to have him on board.” A native of West Virginia, Funkhouser graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering. Prior to this position, he led manufacturing businesses that support the Department of Defense and its international allies. He has served in this business sector for more than 33 years, providing today’s military with many products produced under his leadership. Goodwill Industries of Kanawha Valley Welcomes New Board Members Goodwill Industries of Kanawha Valley, Inc. (GIKV) is proud to welcome its new board chair and board members for 2016-2017. Cutright & Associates Finalizes Contract for DBE Projects Terri Reed Cutright, owner of Terri Reed Cutright & Associates, a Morgantown-based marketing and management company, has finalized a contract to work with Michael Baker International to complete a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) policy statement for the Morgantown Municipal Airport. “We are very excited to have Terri involved with our DBE statement for the Morgantown airport,” says Glen Kelly, assistant city manager of Morgantown. “She has been actively involved in shaping Morgantown for the last 28 years, and it is just natural to have her involved in our airport progression.”  www.wvexecutive.com summer 2016 127
