What an unbelievable time we are living
in. With so many unprecedented events,
it is difficult to determine where to turn
for assistance. At this time, all 12 Goodwill
donation centers and retail stores in the
Kanawha Valley have re-opened with
universal hours (Monday–Saturday
9 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m.–6 p.m.).
Universal safeguards have been installed,
including sneeze guards and social
distancing, and all our employees are
wearing gloves and covering their smiles
with masks to keep our customers and
donors safe. Donation centers are currently
contactless, enabling donors to place their
donations directly into bins for textiles/
clothing or housewares and email the
office for a donation receipt. Donations
are being processed in accordance with
CDC guidelines and produced for the
stores after being quarantined.

the stores. We instituted a 14-day return
policy, with original receipt and color barb

your purchase. We ask that you consider
wearing a mask and maintaining social
distancing. Let’s all be safe together.
