TMC Enhances Recruitment, Hiring Processes to Handle Unprecedented Growth Unprecedented growth prompted leading-edge technology solution provider TMC Technologies of West Virginia (TMC) to bolster its accomplished hiring team, creating a second recruiter position and appointing a new director of human resources. According to TMC President and CEO Wade Linger, the addition of customers at the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) FBI Data Center in Pocatello, Idaho, and the Department of Defense’s U.S. Air Force Engineering, Development, Integration and Sustainment program at Kirtland Air Force Base and Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado are the main reasons for creating a larger, more agile recruitment and retention team. Senior Technical Recruiter Sean Sullivan and Human Resources Director Kristin Postlethwait, both appointed in January, join current TMC Recruiter Jeff Gross. TMC Director of Communications John Dahlia was also added to the team as a strategic talent sourcer, whose responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. “The addition of Sean and Kristin will help provide optimum performance and continue to assure our valued government partners we can find the most qualified people to support their missions,” says Linger. Sullivan comes to TMC with 18 years of experience. He recently worked at the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) for Virginia-based Dorrean, LLC. His focus is to locate the very best talent available for TMC’s DOJ customers at the FBI CJIS in West Virginia, the FBI Data Center in Idaho and potential growth opportunities at the FBI in Huntsville, AL. Postlethwait will handle employee compensation and benefits, training, development and employee relations as well as recruitment and retention efforts. She recently worked at JobSquad, Inc. as a human resources manager. 82 WEST VIRGINIA EXECUTIVE
