Marshall Health Network Announces New Leadership Appointments

Marshall Health Network( MHN) has named three leaders to vice president roles.
Kathy Cosco has been named vice president of government and external affairs. In this role, she serves as MHN’ s liaison for federal, state and local government relations, building partnerships with key stakeholders and advocating for policies that support the system’ s mission. Cosco brings more than 36 years of experience in public policy, government relations and strategic communications.
Sheanna Spence has been named vice president of marketing and communications, overseeing marketing, communications, digital engagement and brand strategy across MHN and the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. She brings 20 years of experience and most recently served as chief marketing officer for Marshall Health, MHN’ s integrated physician practice and the medical school.
Lisa Chamberlin Stump has been named vice president of market intelligence and system initiatives at MHN.
She will lead systemwide market intelligence, analytics and cross-functional initiatives that support long-range planning, service line growth and network development. Stump joined MHN in 2012, serving as the chief strategy officer since 2018, and brings 34 years of health care leadership experience.
Hayes Joins First United as Regional Retail Manager
Amy Garner, managing director of retail for First United Bank & Trust, is proud to welcome Kimberly Hayes as regional retail manager. Hayes is based at the Edwin Miller Community Office.
Hayes will be responsible for leading and developing the retail advisor
Kimberly Hayes. team, delivering sales leadership and ensuring the achievement of performance expectations across assigned community offices. Her role includes supporting operational excellence, mentoring retail associates and fostering a culture of teamwork and service aligned with First United’ s core values.
Hayes will also play a key role in maintaining First United’ s relationship‐focused service model. She will help build rapport with customers, supporting the goals and values of individuals, businesses and community organizations.
