Since 1981, Applied Construction Solutions, Inc.( ACS) has provided general construction services to the energy and utility industries. As a family-owned, minority business, we take pride in delivering projects on time and within budget, acting as an extension of our customers throughout the construction process. Based in North Central West Virginia, ACS is an openshop company employing over 350 skilled tradesmen and workers. Our team has successfully completed projects of all sizes throughout the Northeast and Southeast, recently expanding westward with operations in Colorado, Idaho and Kansas.
