These projects include the renovation and expansion of the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center , the Shawnee Sports Complex and the Joint Interagency Training and Education Center at Camp Dawson .
The story is just beginning as one of ZMM ’ s upcoming projects is the Capital Sports Center — the redevelopment of the former Macy ’ s building into a regional sports and entertainment complex , featuring amenities such as multiple athletic courts , a fitness center , bouldering , a family entertainment center and an indoor track .

ZMM is also assisting with the development of the Woody Williams Center for Advanced Learning & Careers , a $ 50 million project reimagining the former Sears store at the Huntington Mall into a career technology and education center .
