West Virginia Executive Spring 2022 | Page 8

A lot has happened in the last 12 months as life has returned to normal . My biggest news is that I attended my first year of preschool . I love my teachers , Mrs . Schau and Mrs . Savannah , and have had so much fun making new friends and learning not only my letters and numbers but also about animal migration , outer space , how snowflakes form and Jesus . I celebrated my fourth birthday in March with my first big girl birthday party at KiddARoos with my school friends and cousins .
In June , Mommy and I got to spend some quality time together with my first trip to Disney On Ice . I love Mickey and Minnie , not to mention Elsa and Anna , so it was a real treat .
I was excited to show my brothers , Cavan and Kieran , the ropes during Mommy ’ s work trip this summer . We all attended the West Virginia State Medical Association ’ s Health Care Summit at The Greenbrier for the work Mommy does
on the West Virginia Medical Journal . We spent the first few days running the halls with the wild wallpaper and exploring the booming town of White Sulphur Springs , followed by a day trip to see Daddy ’ s whole family on their annual camping trip at Lake Sherwood . This was the first year my brothers went , and we even got to go swimming .
Cavan and Kieran turned two this year and are talking nonstop . They repeat everything I say and follow me everywhere . They also play with my toys , and I am working on being okay with that . Mommy and Daddy tell me I need a little more work . Overall , it has been a great year , and I am looking forward to another action-packed trip around the sun . Thanks for reading . I will report back next year ! •
XOXO , Quinn Nicole
