Ranking among the top 100 since 2012, Douglas Equip- ment has now exceeded expectations by moving from number 62 in 2017 to number 42 in 2018. This ranking is based on annual sales and the number of salespeople employed. This is the second year in a row Douglas Equipment has achieved over 40 percent growth, expanding from a $4.5 million company to a $37 million company between 2010 and 2017. Seven philanthropy leaders from across West Virginia have been elected to serve as board members and board leadership for Philanthropy West Virginia. The newly elected board officers include Susie Nelson, ex- ecutive director of the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley, as board chair; Robert Orndorff, managing director of West Virginia state and local affairs for Dominion Energy, as board vice-chair; Robert Boone, president of The Bernard McDonough Foundation, as board treasurer; and Samuel Ross, executive director of The Ross Foundation, as board secre- tary.
