“ It ’ s been a privilege to work with Arria ,” Pethtel says . “ I ’ ve never met anyone who thinks outside the box like she does , who sees the glass not just half full but overflowing and who truly finds the good in everyone . She has pushed me to step out of my comfort zone , which has provided so many exciting opportunities .”

Looking toward the future , Pethtel remains passionate about her work in West Virginia . Despite the demands of her role and balancing life as a working mother , she thrives on the fast-paced nature of her responsibilities .
“ I draw strength and motivation from my faith in God , the unwavering support of my amazing family and a deep desire to make a positive impact in my community and state ,” Pethtel says . “ West Virginia has so much to offer — the beauty of all four seasons , stunning scenery and plenty of outdoor activities — but most importantly , it ’ s where my family is .” •
