To achieve greatness , society relies on individuals who are willing to inspire change and movement toward a better vision . These changemakers can be found across the country , and West Virginia is no exception . In fact , many young professionals promote success and prosperity in the marvelous Mountain State . West Virginia Executive ( WVE ) magazine works to illuminate these incredible individuals by recognizing 10 remarkable leaders with its Young Guns honors program each year .
These leaders represent a variety of industries and use their passion to create opportunities and inspire others . Each Young Gun is chosen for their boundless dedication toward driving West Virginia forward . Not only are they leaders in their respective careers , but they have reputations of excellence and service to their communities .
All 10 members of the Class of 2022 have made a positive impact , which has caused a ripple effect through varying cities and across the state . Whether it be through volunteering at their local food bank or serving on a nonprofit board of directors , Young Guns commit to changing their community for the better .
