COMMUNITY GUIDE 2026

Spring Park draws guests from lake

Its restaurants and lakeside setting draw residents and visitors alike to Spring Park from across the Lake Minnetonka area, but once they arrive, the community offers much more than initially meets the eye. Located along the shores of Lake Minnetonka, the city provides a unique blend of activity and small-town charm.
Spring Park is home to nearly 1,700 residents and offers access to parks, local businesses and lakefront amenities. Its location along Seton Channel makes it a popular destination for boaters, while quieter areas away from the shoreline provide additional opportunities for recreation and community life.
The city continues to experience development and reinvestment, with new businesses and improvements helping to enhance its appeal. It also serves as a key access point for lake recreation, including public water access and connections to surrounding communities.
Tourism has long played a role in the city’ s identity, dating back to the late 1800s when railroad expansion brought visitors to the area, and that legacy continues today.
