Elderflower Mojito Ingredients 12 fresh mint leaves 2 shots rum 1 shot elderflower liqueur 1 shot lime juice Method 1 Gently muddle the mint in the base of your glass. 2 Fill half the glass with crushed ice and add the other ingredients. 3 4 Mix together with a spoon. 5 Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime. Top up the remained of the glass with crushed ice.
