How the entries are judged
World Exhibition Stand Awards 2022 were open to any exhibition stand or digital event project at any event between November 2019 to April 2022 .
Entry process
All entries were submitted online and could be client , agency or event organiser nominated . Each project can enter multiple appropriate categories . Submissions include information on client brief , market sector , creative solution , activation , and results , accompanied by relevant supporting material in the form of videos , photographs , and client testimonials .
Judging
A panel of independent expert judges from the global exhibition and events industry assessed each entry within its category context . No judge was allowed to vote on any entry or category where they had a conflict of interest , whether this related to the event itself , design agency or client . The judges ’ scoring reflects design & build , creativity , digital creativity , impact , and marketing effectiveness .
Scoring
In each category there are multiple prizes available . Diamond , Platinum , Gold , Silver , and Bronze . Diamond and Platinum awards require minimum overall scores so may not be awarded in all categories if scores are not high enough . A maximum of two Diamond Awards are permitted per category , multiple Platinums could be awarded to high scoring entries . Gold , Silver , and Bronze accolades also require minimum overall judges ’ scores , but multiple instances of each are possible in each category . Categories where the scores do not meet minimum thresholds or in the judges ’ view the entries are of insufficient quality were withdrawn from this edition of the Awards . In other categories not all prizes were given , reflecting the judges ’ overall marks for entrants in that category .
