Beachport Easter 2017 April 14th - 17th

Its the iconic Easter Beachport trip, great for the family, excellent beach and
sand driving. Beachport Southern Ocean Caravan Park is holding 8 sites for
Werribee 4WD club, you need to book your own site 08 8735 8153. Powered site
$35 per night. First in best dressed, bookings need to be in by end of JAN 2017
otherwise the sites will be let go. Taking a max of 8 cars, but 2 groups can be run
if there are more and you can find accomodation/somewhere to camp. Ash will be
leaving from Ballan BP/McDonalds West at 8am sharp Friday morning. People
leaving from Werribee may take another route. BBQ dinner on the Friday evening
or may end up in the pub for good food at reasonable price. Leaving Beachport
Caravan Park at 9:00am Saturday morning to make our way to Nora Creina then
onto Robe for lunch, pub dinner back at Beachport Saturday evening. Sunday we
will head into the Dune Buggy Club to play on the sand dunes. Monday head home..
This is a fairly easy trip, great for novice drivers. Cars need legal tyres, be in
good mechanical condition, full recovery gear and rated points, sand flag ,
Maxtraxx/Treds a good idea and a base plate for high lift jacks.
