What is WEP ?
The Winter Enrichment Program ( WEP ) is a two-week program entirely designed and produced by KAUST . The program takes place during an interlude in the academic semester in January when courses are not offered . The whole University becomes involved in one of the most exciting programs of the year , which features events such as keynote lecture series , masterclasses , exhibitions , science fairs , or entrepreneurship programs . The program hosts eminent international guest speakers , Nobel laureates , entrepreneurs , academics ,, KAUST speakers and distinguished local and regional leaders and decision makers .
