What is WEP?
The Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) is a two-week program
entirely designed and produced by KAUST. The program takes
place during an interlude in the academic semester in January
when courses are not offered. The whole University becomes
involved in one of the most exciting programs of the year, which
features events such as keynote lecture series, masterclasses,
field trips, exhibitions, science fairs, entrepreneurship programs,
opening night events and final galas. The program hosts KAUST
speakers, eminent international guest speakers, Nobel laureates,
entrepreneurs, academics and distinguished local and regional
leaders and decision makers.
