swipe this POST 1: A little reminder: Take time for yourself daily. Nobody can do it all, all of the time. It's ok to take some time for YOU. Even 5 minutes each day will help. Read, meet a friend, draw, cook, meditate, sit in the sun….do what makes you happy. Get some clean air. After being holed out in the office or at home all day with the kids a couple of moments outdoors will clear your head and help de-stress you. POST 2: Comfort food without the additives! For the days you feel like ice-cream – this is a delicious alternative that isn’t just creamy and dreamy, but healthy and tasty too! Berry Ice-Cream Recipe Simply freeze 2-3 large bananas (chopped into pieces) for minimum 5 hours Once frozen place chopped banana and ¼ cup of berries (fresh or frozen) into a blender or food processor and whiz up until creamy (don’t over blend as it will turn to liquid!). Mix in a handful of chopped fresh berries and serve immediately. POST 3: Don’t forget to eat the rainbow Have you been eating the rainbow at least once a day? Increasing your whole food intake from different plant sources can have a significant impact on your overall health and wellbeing. Vegetables, fruit, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and legumes. These are all really high fiber density foods that also include a great deal of nutrients needed by the body. To make plant-based foods the centre of your meal, fill half of your plate with whole foods and pick a rainbow of colors! 25 WM - Wellpreneurial Magazine | July 2017 | FREE Introductory Issue
