TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following are terms and conditions of renting a booth/stall at the WELLNESS AND ORGANIC EXPO 2018
To be held from 23rd to 25th FEBRUARY 2018 at NEELAKANTA Convention & Exhibition Centre, Tumkur Road Bangalore:
1. Move-in / Move-Out Dates & Timings.
a. Move-in: Friday (23rd FEB 2018), 7am-11am.
b. Move-out: Sunday (25th FEB 2018), 8pm-9pm.
2. Tables & Chairs.
Floor rental, back and side walls, fascia board with company name, one table, two chairs, spot lights, electric point (300 watts), carpet and company entry in the official
show catalogue.
3. Booth Area
Exhibitors shall place tables, chairs, products, easels, signs, etc., within their Designated booth area, so that visitors can move about freely and comfortably. This
is also a fire safety and legal requirement in Bangalore. Exhibitors must ensure that all the Fire Safety Precautions and abide by the rules and regulations from
organisers.
4. Mini Workshop & Workshop Fee.
Mini workshop slots are available only for participating exhibitors and are on a first-come-first-served basis, and subject to a maximum of one slot per stall. A fee is
payable if you would like to book a mini workshop slot, as follows:
a. Rs.8000 per slot for Friday workshops (20mins per slot).
b. Rs.14000 per slot for Saturday or Sunday workshops (20mins per slot).
5. Damages. The Exhibitor shall not cause any damage to any parts of the booth or any of premises, fixtures and/or fittings.
6. Prohibitions. Exhibitor is strictly prohibited from possessing or selling any product, merchandize and/or service that is illegal, hazardous, highly combustible or
explosive.
7. Insurance. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own general liability insurance.
8. Overnight Security. There will be overnight security on Friday (23rd Feb 2018) till Sunday (25th Feb 2018). This, however, serves only as a deterrent, and the Organiz-
er shall not be liable for any losses due to theft, negligence or otherwise. Please therefore refrain from leaving anything too valuable overnight.
9. Liability. The Organizer, its owners, associates, representatives, agents and employees shall not be liable for any and all liability arising out of the following:
a. Any exhibitors’ non-compliance with the laws and regulations of the government.
b. Any injuries, damages, death or losses, foreseeable or unforeseeable, which may occur during the Exhibition.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy. If the Exhibitor wishes to cancel its Stall booking and/or Workshop booking, here is the amount of refund the Exhibitor will receive:
a. 75% of booth price and workshop fee if cancellation by 14th Dec 2017.
b. 50% of booth price and workshop fee if cancellation by 14th Jan 2017.
c. 25% of booth price and workshop fee if cancellation by 14th Feb 2018.
d. No refund if cancellation after 14th Feb 2018.
* If the Organizer cancels the Exhibition, the Exhibitor shall receive a full refund of the amount Paid.
