Wellington College International Shanghai opened in 2014 with a mission
to be the leading international school in China.

pastoral provision and exceptionally rich co-curricular activities. Our values are
rooted in those of our close partner school, Wellington College in England. It
is our fundamental belief that every child can achieve, succeed and thrive when
provided with outstanding and broad opportunities to develop all their abilities.
A pupil’s academic achievement is vital, but it is the opportunities presented by
the performing and visual arts, sport, and service to others that allow the whole
child to thrive.
