THE PEACE ROOM
This is a new concept in Newcastle introduced to
the Awaken - The Heart Centre by two highly
experienced practitioners, Nanette Lamrock
(www.naturalenergetics.org) and Lucy Ellis
(www.lucyellishypnotherapy.com)
There are 3 x 20 minute processes available,
filled with energy relaxation and a gentle Clinical
Hypnosis session. You then return to your
everyday reality using appropriate grounding
techniques.
The Peace Room commences Wednesday 9th
July between 12.00pm and 2.00pm with a
once only FREE SESSION.
Peace Room will operate every Wednesday
for just $15 per session.
There are 3 session times:
1) 12.10pm - 12.40pm
2) 12.45pm - 1.15pm
3) 1.20pm - 1.50pm
Session times allow 5 minutes before
starting to quietly enter the room, remove
your shoes & take a seat or choose a
cushion.
