The MIDFLORIDA Event Center is a premier , state-of-the-art special event facility with 100,000 square feet of indoor space . Along with two beautifully appointed ballrooms , the Event Center offers a large outdoor plaza and stage . The facilities are available for a wide variety of events and are home to many public gatherings and events throughout the year .

Two grand ballrooms , outdoor plaza and stage , six-story parking garage , fitness center , art gallery , interactive fountain and boardwalk .
Art Gallery
The 2,000-square-foot gallery offers a professional venue to display local artwork . Four exhibits are displayed throughout the year , each opening with a reception , free for the public to attend .

The Event Center ’ s award-winning in-house food and beverage provider awaits the opportunity to exceed your expectations with its culinary expertise during your event .
Florida Sports Hall of Fame
The Florida Sports Hall of Fame recognizes and honors Florida ’ s greatest sports figures and events . Currently , more than 60 memorabilia exhibits are on display , including photos , videos , uniforms , apparel , sports equipment , trophies and more . Admission is free !
Interactive Fountain
The fountain is a refreshing and fun activity for all residents to enjoy , especially on those hot summer days !
9 / 11 Memorial
The City ’ s 9 / 11 Memorial is located at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center Plaza . The memorial features an 11-foot section of metal girder from the fallen World Trade Center and is suspended above a fountain .
