Avast me hearties ! Our first Theme Day Thursday is Pirate Day . We ’ ll talk like pirates , dress like pirates , sing like pirates , and play like pirates . Test your sea legs on the lake for a swashbuckling good time !
June 12 : OUTER SPACE
Spaceships , comets , aliens and galaxies ! We ’ ll be blasting off on a giant leap to infinity and beyond , with space themed special activities all day long . Gravitate to out of this world fun !
June 19 : CRYPTIDS
Bigfoot , Mothman , and the Loch Ness Monster sightings in Goochland County ! Explore all the weird and legendary secret animals of the wild .
June 26 : SUPER MARIO
Whether you ' re a plumber or a princess , this is a day to level up , make memories , and have a super time !
July 10 : DINOSAURS
We ’ re kicking it old school this week , call us Camp Cretaceous . Come ready to rep your favorite dinosaur and enjoy all of our dino themed activities .
July 17 : PURIM IN JULY
Come dressed in costume for our Purim in July Carnival . Bouncy houses , rock wall , karaoke , all capped off with giant slip and slide !
July 24 : COLOR WAR
Camp Hilbert is a house divided this week . We will split the campers and staff into two teams and battle for victory . The winner will be the team that demonstrates the most teamwork , spirit , and character .
July 31 : ISRAEL DAY
We will celebrate the food , music , dance , and culture of Israel .
August 7 : END OF SUMMER SHOW
Each group will plan , prepare , practice and finally perform a song and dance routine at our end of summer show .
