Architectural Review Committee Meeting This is held virtually on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month . However , due to the Thanksgiving holiday , there will be not be a meeting on November 22 , 2023 . The next meeting will be held on Wednesday , December 13 , 2023 at 3:00 PM . All applications for this meeting must be submitted by December 4th by 12:00 PM . Any applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed at the next meeting . You can email your Architectural Review Request to cefoster @ theiconteam . com Please send it in PDF format . Screenshots will not be accepted . All ARC Requests must adhere to the Architectural Design Standards .

Holiday Decorations Exterior holiday decorations may be installed up to one month before the holiday and must be removed no later than two weeks after the holiday . Decorations should not interfere with the routine landscaping performed by the Association .
