Dear Members , This morning our new Access Control company , Allied Universal officially started . As with any new process , we ask that you please be patient during this initial phase . One of the complaints we often receive from Members is that the gatehouse guards allow people / vehicles through the gate without showing proper identification . In order to perform this task effectively , there will most likely be a short wait on the line for the visitor gate .
To make the process easier and less time-consuming for the gatehouse guard , we are asking that you keep your permanent and daily guest lists updated . This will save time as the guard will not have to call Members if the guest is not on the list . This includes , vendors , contractors , and food delivery companies . There are two ways to add visitors to your guest list . You can log onto gateaccess . net or download the app for your phone ( preferred ). If you do not have credentials for this website , please reach out to Sheila at sbryant @ theiconteam . com for assistance . You may also call the gatehouse at 941-210-7147 and ask the guard to add a guest to your account . However , if the guard is busy assisting entering vehicles , they may not be able to answer immediately . Another change you will notice is that we have increased out roving patrol to 24-hours a day . Therefore , there will always be two guards on duty at all times in the Community . While we are waiting for the patrol officer cell phone number , we ask that you call the gatehouse if there is a need to contact the roving patrol . The gatehouse guard will be able to notify the patrol officer . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation .
