Architectural Review Committee Meeting Is held virtually on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month . The next meeting is Wednesday , December 27 , 2023 , at 3:00 pm . All applications for this meeting must be submitted by December 6 by 12:00 PM . Any applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed at the next meeting . You can email your Architectural Review Request to cefoster @ theiconteam . Please send it in PDF form . Screenshots will not be accepted . Please be reminded that construction must be complete within sixty ( 60 ) days from the start of construction for all approved Architectural Requests . All ARC Requests must adhere to the Architectural Design Standards .
