iOS 7 on iPad? Hoax or real

While Apple is yet to release an iPad version of iOS 7, a Russian Youtuber claims that he is running iOS 7 on his iPad. In the video, you can see the user tap and swipe through the screen which looks really simmilar to iOS 7 for iPhone and iPod touch. Fuctions such as control centre could also be seen in the video.
It is still unclear that whether the video is legitimate or just a mock up version We are still waiting on Apple to comment on this.
