Chef Tan Yong Hua, the winner of the Iron Chef Thailand Challenge
presents a delectable array of dishes to celebrate the Year of the Horse
at Restaurant HOME. Diners get to choose from 5 Lunar New Year Set
Menus that include both familiar Cantonese dishes as well as lesserseen heritage dishes. These 5 set menus are: Prosperous Horse, Auspicious Gathering, Fortune and Prosperity, Wealth and Blessing and Happiness and Blessing. The traditional tossing of Yu Sheng comes with
some of Chef Tan’s signature favourites such as Lychee Wood Barbecued
Duck with Chef’s Special Sauce, Homemade Egg Bean Curd with Shrimp
paste, and Crabmeat & Roe in Pi Pa Style.

As families and business associates gather to celebrate the Year of the
Horse, Lunar New Year reunion feasts and banquet menus by Jiang-Nan
Chun Chinese Chef Alan Chan pave another year of prosperity and longevity starting January 8, 2014. Reunion dishes such as steamed soon
hock with soy sauce, braised bean curd with dried oyster and stir-fried
glutinous rice with preserved sausages are just some of the highlights.
Diners can also opt for their set menus, which are available from the 8 of
January to 14 of February 2014.
Hua Ting
Ring in the year of the Horse at Hua Ting, an exquisite Chinese Restaurant serving Cantonese cusine that is recognised for its extraordinary
dining experience featuring high quality ethnic cuisine and other provincial specialties by Masterchef Lap Fai and his talented culinary team.
Indulge in the Prosperity Menus available, and add an interesting twist
to the traditional Yu Sheng with ingredients such as Hamachi and fresh
toro.
Paradise Pavillion
Ring in the Year of the Horse at Paradise Pavilion, located in the heart of
Singapore’s new finance hub – Marina Bay Financial Centre. Set menus are available for both small and large groups. With a minimum of
2 persons, choose from the Prosperity, Wealth or Fortune set menus.
For groups of 10 people, set menus are also available. Besides the set
menus, the Ala-Carte dishes such as the Paradise Pavilion Fortune Pot
($268 for 5 persons) and Abalone Yu Sheng ($98 for regular).
