Capella Singapore’s fine-dining Chinese restaurant Cassia is welcoming
the Year of the Wood Horse with four unique menus as well as a festive
a la carte menu. Guests can choose from 4 set menus: Spring (only available for lunch), whereas Prosperity, Wealth and Fortune are available for
both lunch and dinner. Look forward to delicacies such as Spare Ribs
with Tangerine Peels, Double-boiled Duo of Scallops with Fish Maw and
Bamboo Pith in Thick Chicken Broth and Cassia’s Signature Lou Hei.
Li Bai
Beckon a flourishing year ahead with a stellar line up of gourmet feasts
at the Sheraton Towers Singapore. Expect an extravagant feast of Braised
3-head Whole Abalone with Spiked Sea Cucumber, Imperial Chicken
with Conpoy, Steamed Whole Marbled Goby with Golden Lily Bulbs and
Black Fungus, Barbequed Pi Pa Duck and many more. For large groups,
choose from 5 set menus that cater to groups of 8 to 10 persons. Set
menus are also available for smaller groups. Choose from The Prosperity
Delights Set Menu A, B, C, and D.
Jade Restaurant
With a flair for elegance and sophistication, Master Chef Leong Chee
Yeng and the talented culinary team at The Fullerton Hotel’s Jade restaurant will present new and traditional creations along with luxurious
feasts for the Lunar New Year of the Horse. Toss to an auspicious year
with their signature Eight Happiness Gold Rush Yu Sheng with Champagne Jelly, Salmon, Olive Oil and Apple Plum Dressing, and indulge in
the lavish Eight Treasures Signature Pen Cai, which comprises of South
African Whole Abalones surrounded by layers of premium seafood,
meat and vegetables. Set menus are also available at Jade Restaurant
this festive season.
Shang Palace
At Shang Palace, indulge in six special Set Menus (including a vegetarian set menu) featuring popular dishes of the season. Each menu begins
with a celebratory tossing of Yu Sheng, followed by specialties such as
Braised Baby Abalone with Pork and Sautéed Lobster with Crispy Fried
Prawn and Hawthorn and more. Festive goodies such as Wealth Fortune
Fish Nian Gao and Wealth Fortune Hamper are also available at the hotel’s lobby from 7-29 January 2014.
