Surrounded by the all-encompassing view of the flora at Gardens by
the Bay, the Flower Dome is home to Pollen – a fine-dining restaurant
featuring the best of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. To complement
the Mediterranean landscape, the restaurant is surrounded by temperate olive trees and herbs, all within the comfort of a sub 20 degree temperature. As Valentine’s Day is around the corner, the culinary team has
