Fat Cow
Its peculiar location had already captured my attention before stepping foot onto the compound of Camden Medical Centre. After going on a detour, we finally spotted the door
which seemed to blend seamlessly with the walls of the entrance. Famed for their Wagyu
beef, Fat Cow has continued its practice of serving the best original Japanese-inspired cuisine there is. Recent months have seen the emergence of a revamped a la carte menu which
was specially conceived by Group Executive Chef Dan Segall.
The strikingly opulent interiors seemed to emit a
warm glow which brought forth a tinge of femininity as we were ushered into our seats. Before
long, we were served our first dish, a new addition to the menu – Hourensou Fat Goumada
Ae; a medley of pressed baby spinach in creamy
sesame sauce in Fat Cow-style. With a tad of a
disfavour towards greens, I approached the dish
with slight apprehension, expecting it to possess a raw, fibrous taste. To my amusement, the
