Finger food and tapas provide delicious alternatives to those who enjoy a light meal. Specialising in boutique beverage and craft beer, there is a plethora to accompany its range of scrumptious culinary wonders. Starting off with the Leek and Potato Soup is a great way to warm the stomach and comfort the soul. Fused with the flavours of diced spicy sausage, wilted spinach and tarragon pesto, the soup is light but tasty. Accompanying the soup are two adorable wooden crates of cheese and croutons to pump up the piquancy. Another light but incredibly refreshing dish is the seafood combo. Although the dish resonates as a seafood platter, it is quite the contrary. Sliced sea scallop ceviche, lobster medallions and young coconut sit appealingly on a thick slice of watermelon. Seasoned with lime and basil, each bite reveals the blend of sweet juices of watermelon with savoury seafood that creates a perfect harmony of conflicting flavours. An utterly uncomplicated dish of thick slices of foie gras encapsulated between two soft fluffy buns, the Foie Gras Burger promises sensual pleasure. Having a reputation for being tricky to prepare, the foie gras reflected the culinary expertise of the chef from how it was flawlessly cooked. Each crisply sautéed slice of foie gras, with its deep and rich flavour and startlingly silky texture, paired great with bread to prevent the dish from being overwhelming.
