Wooden signs adorned with garlands were placed on the terrace and noted the
schedule and key players in the wedding. Guests were seated facing the glorious
lake and mountains. Chairs lining the aisle were decorated with posies made of
Juliet roses and foliage. Two large urns filled with flowers and greenery framed
the couple as they recited a mix of traditional and personalized vows in front of

the epic scenery. “There were lots of tourists watching on and clapping,” recalls
Katelynn “I was quite nervous, but when I was exchanging vows with Mike it was
like we were the only people there.” Guitarist Aaron Young from pm gigs played
throughout the ceremony, and guests waved ribbon sticks after the couple were
announced husband and wife.
