The bride later danced the night away in a white,
1920s-inspired frock with beaded fringe from unique
vintage that she accessorized with pearl and crystal
jewellery from jeweliette, and a white beaded
headband from kirina’s krafts.

Dance groups from jd dance co., red hot swing,
and port-o-swing performed during dinner to the
delight of attendees. The final choreographed dance
number of the night was the bride and groom’s first
dance. “The theme allowed Mark and I to make our
first dance a swing dance—something we had been
doing together since we started dating,” Andrea shares.
The couple’s dance was followed by a beginners dance
class taught by Red Hot Swing, so all guests could
learn the basic swing dance steps and dance the night
away to music from the sweetpea swing band and
DJ John of musical occasions.
In addition to photographing the celebration, the
team at life studios inc. captured the entire event
on film.
Andrea and Mark loved every minute of their day and
would highly recommend a theme wedding to future
brides-and-grooms-to-be. “Many guests told us the
wedding was an experience they will never forget,”
share the newlyweds. The couple reside in Victoria,
British Columbia where Andrea is a university education advisor and Mark restores classic cars.

was crowned with a delicate, black sugar peony and a
