Samantha’s custom gown and matching veil were designed by Kim Ironmonger of valencienne bridal design. Samantha wore earrings from mark lash, and a bracelet from royal de versailles. The couple’s matching platinum eternity bands were from classic creations. The diamond eternity band was designed by Gregory Aron from knightsbridge. A S P E C T A C U L A R B A C K YA R D W E D D I N G A T H O M E S amantha kimel and jeffrey gottesman first met in university, but it wasn’t until years later when they were reacquainted at a mutual friend’s dinner party, (and after a “long chase,”) that samantha agreed to go out with Jeffrey. Their engagement took place on what, at first, seemed to be a regular night at home as the couple got ready to stay in and enjoy a movie together. Much to Samantha’s surprise, instead of any old blockbuster, a proposal video featuring Jeffrey singing an original song came on the screen! Needless to say, after such a romantic gesture, Samantha said “yes!” Samantha and Jeffrey hired Naomi Serkin of naomi serkin & associates to provide full-service planning and design assistance for their September 6, 2015 wedding. The ceremony took place at Beth Sholom Synagogue, where the couple recited their vows under a magnificent chuppah draped by eventure custom environments and event draping and designed by frank rea event design - forget me not flowers oakville. Samantha’s family had worked with Frank Rea on other family events over the years, including her bat mitzvah, so she naturally felt confident in his ability. Frank Rea and Naomi Serkin worked in harmony on the event design, conceptual planning, decor rental selection and coordination for the entire event.
